Who we are

NK Support was founded in 2007 as an IT services company in Minsk, Belarus. We started as a web hosting support and server management team, quickly gaining trust of hundreds of clients and becoming well known in the field. Today we have grown to cover various technology fields and became a true industry leader.

NK Support is a team of IT professionals specializing in Unix/Linux server management, local networking, routing, virtualization and clustering. Our staff possess industry standard certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional, Red Hat Certified Engineer, Debian, FreeBSD certificates and others.

What we do

In a nutshell, we do server and network system administration. We are the 24/7 replacement for your IT department. If that is what you are looking for – you have found it. However, NK Support is not limited to server work. We provide a full range of IT services for all phases of your project: from IT consulting and infrastructure planning to server deployment and management. We are also open to smaller projects – like an urgent server fix when you just need it fixed or a website transfer to the new host.

What is essential: people often think that they only need their developer to create their project and then it will work on its own or the developer will maintain infrastructure. This is not true: a good developer would never try doing something he’s not specialized in, i.e. system administration. Others think that their hosting company will be taking care of things – but when something goes wrong, the hosting company is usually slow to respond and charges crazy hourly fees. We are here to fill the gap: we will manage your IT infrastructure for you just like your inhouse team. We don’t define what we want or don’t want to do: we will do everything you would expect from your inhouse IT. From the initial business idea to profit – we’ll be with you along the path!

Scale of our projects

NK Support works with very different clients. Our well developed infrastructure and experienced team attract hosting companies and enterprise portals – we are capable of effectively managing a several dozen server clusters and large-scale data centers. On the other hand, affordable and flexible prices allow even a single VPS owner to subscribe to our services. We treat every client with equal care and attention: no matter how small you are, you are always welcome.


We understand that reliability is the main quality you expect from your IT. You just want everything to work without your participation in the process. We at your IT team don’t wait for your ticket to fix something. Our dedicated helpdesk is monitoring your equipment 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days a year. If something goes wrong, we know it before you do. If you see a problem with your website, it means that we already almost fixed it. We don’t wait for your server to be hacked to update it; all security updates are proactive, we keep everything synchronized. If things get really bad – we have daily backup copies in place. We are in control.

And while we are in control of your infrastructure, you are in control of us. Our ticket system, IM and phone support are available around the clock. Our business hours are accomodated to fit European and US clients and cover timezones from PST and EST to GMT+3.

  • We never outsource. If you are talking to an NK Support representative, you can rest assured that this person works fulltime in our office. This may sound strange for a company that provides outsourced services – but the latter is the reason why we don’t outsource tasks ourselves: double outsourcing doesn’t work.
  • We keep all our staff in Europe. Currently all our employees are concentrated in our central office in Minsk.
  • We assign a personal account manager and personal system administrator to every client. You won’t have to answer the same list of questions to any new tickets you submit. We appreciate your business and we aim to know your business well. This is usually a benefit of standalone freelancers compared to companies – now you can enjoy personalized approach and 24/7 support in one service!
  • Our staff is always friendly and willing to help. We don’t want to simply close your ticket: we want to leave you happy after it is closed. All our communication is aimed to be as fast and informative as possible.

  • We are located in Central Europe. Manpower here is cheaper than in other parts of the world – that’s why you are looking for an outsourced team, isn’t it? However, the region has a well developed educational and IT infrastructure, making it possible to find perfectly trained staff here.
